PTS assisted ADOT&PF with day-to-day construction inspection in 2022. PTS will continue to provide construction inspection in the 2023 construction season and assist with project closeout.

The Alaska Department of Transportation is working to reconstruct the Dowling Road and Seward Highway interchange. Project work includes expanding the Dowling Road roundabouts and replacing the Seward Highway overpass bridge at Dowling Road. Major project work was complete in the late fall of 2022 and final work will take place throughout 2023.
