PTS provided Construction Management services for the Pleasant Valley Subdivision Road and Drainage Improvements – Phases 1A and 1B.

The Pleasant Valley Subdivision is located in the Muldoon area of Anchorage. The 2018–2019 Phase 1A project provided improvements to Pussywillow Street, Northwind Avenue, and a portion of Skipper Street. Improvements included structural road subgrade replacement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, a new storm drain system, and street lighting.

Phase 1B served as a continuation of Phase 1A and included the remaining portions of Northwind Avenue and Skipper Street, Little Dipper Avenue, and Williwa Avenue within the subdivision. Improvements included structural road subgrade replacement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, a new storm drain system, and street lighting. Construction was substantially completed from July-November 2020 with final trimming and closeout scheduled for the mid-summer of 2021.
