PTS provided project management and inspection services for improvements to Yosemite Drive in Eagle River. Key oversight tasks included the completion of a design study memorandum that evaluated site needs, identified ROW constraints, and made recommendations for improvements to pavement, pedestrian facilities, storm drainage, landscaping, and lighting.
