PTS provided project management and inspection services for upgrades to Duben Avenue between Patterson Street and Muldoon Road. Improvements included new pavement, curb and gutter, storm drain, pedestrian facilities, lighting, retaining walls on either side of the street, and associated landscaping.

PTS managed all aspects of this project, including design and construction of storm drain improvements for Yosemite Drive in Eagle River.

Work included a design study, HDD coordination at two locations beneath Chester Creek, logistics for incorporation of street/storm drain improvements, and preparation of two bid separate packages.

PTS performed a field survey, prepared a Technical Memorandum, and completed civil design and construction inspection for re-configuring the existing water distribution system to provide redundancy and improved performance in South Anchorage.
